First Community Bank (FCB) is proud to announce all 10 FCB locations have reopened for business. AND all ATMs have been restored.
Meeting the Needs of our Community
As part of our efforts in helping our community that was affected by Hurricane Harvey, FCB will:
• Cash advances up to $500.00 for non-customers
Patron must be a resident of Rockport, Portland, Port Aransas, Aransas Pass, and Ingleside. Customer must have valid ID with an address listed in one of the cities listed above.
Effective immediately, all FCB surcharges for our customers using non-FCB ATMs have been suspended thru Oct 31, 2017. Customers will still be subject to the fee from the processing bank who owns the ATM.
Debit Card Replacement
Customers who have been displaced due to the disaster and need a new debit card, we will replace your card for free. Please visit one of our 10 locations or call today: fcbot.com/locations-and-hours

Wire Transfers & CD Withdrawals
Incoming wire transfer fees are being waived through October 31, 2017. We will also waive early withdrawal penalties on CDs through October 31, 2017 if you need access to your savings to rebuild your home or business.
As a reminder, our online banking portal, Mobile 1st app, and 24-hour phone services are always available for customer use. Our customer service can be reached at 361-844-8520 during normal business hours: Monday – Friday 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
