As developments with COVID-19 continue to evolve throughout the Coastal Bend, we will temporarily discontinue Lobby Service and transition our primary means of operation to Drive-Thru Service with normal business hours until further notice. We feel it is in our customers’ and employees’ best interest and will continue to review new developments and determine the best time to reopen our Lobby Centers.

With that in mind, effective Friday, July 3, 2020:

  • Drive-Thru Service will remain our primary means of operation with normal business hours until further notice.
  • Face-to-face appointments, including Safe Deposit Box access and opening new accounts, can be scheduled by contacting your FCB financial institution center located in your community.
  • Our ITM/ATM system provides teller assistance during banking hours. ITM function offers two-way video option to speak with, in English or Spanish, an FCB teller during and after bank hours. The terminal also may be used as a traditional ATM.
  • Our Mobile 1st app, providing on-the-go mobile banking, and Online Banking platform are available 24/7. Customers can use these services to perform a number of routine functions, including checking balances, transferring funds and paying bills.
  • Loan Payments can be made using our Interactive Teller Machine (ITM), Online or through our drive-thru service.
  • Our Customer Service reps can be reached at (361) 888-9310, Monday–Friday 8 a.m.–9 p.m.; Saturdays 9 a.m.–noon.; excluding holidays.
