1 5/1 Adjustable Rate Mortgage
An adjustable-rate mortgage or “ARM,” is an adjustable rate loan where the payment remains fixed for a certain period of time, then adjusts along with the payment on a periodic basis thereafter. Our ARMs have a fixed rate for the first five years, after which the rate adjusts annually.
