Branch Lobbies Now Open

The health and safety of our customers and employees is our utmost priority. We’ve taken significant steps to provide a safe and healthy branch visit. Here’s what you can expect:

  • We are limiting capacity in lobbies
  • Sanitizing stations have been placed throughout lobbies
  • Signage has been placed encouraging social distancing
  • Sneeze guards are installed at each teller line
  • Frequent cleaning and disinfecting on teller stations, drive-thru canisters, and high-traffic areas throughout the day
  • Face coverings required for customers and employees*
  • Appointments are still available at your convenience

*For proper identification purposes, we reserve the right to request that you briefly remove your face covering after entering. For security purposes hats, hoods, and sunglasses should be removed.

We understand if you prefer to avoid crowds and public spaces. FCB provides alternatives to in-person banking, always convenient, but even more so now.

  • Utilize the Drive-Thru Service to conduct your banking needs without having to get of your vehicle.
  • Our ATM has been upgraded to an ITM system that provides after hours interactive banking six days a week.
  • Our MYFCBOT app, provides a quick and convenient way to pay bills, deposit checks, manage your card and chat with a teller, right from your mobile device.
  • Customer Service reps can be reached at (361) 888-9310, Monday–Friday 8 a.m.–9 p.m.; Saturdays 9 a.m.–noon

FCB will continue to monitor conditions and may adjust branch hours and operations as deemed necessary to protect the health and well-being our customers and employees.
