Branch Lobbies Now Open

The health and safety of our customers and employees is our utmost priority. We’ve taken significant steps to provide a safe and healthy branch visit. Here’s what you can expect:

  • We are limiting capacity in lobbies.
  • Sanitizing stations have been placed throughout lobbies.
  • Signage has been placed encouraging social distancing.
  • Sneeze guards are installed at each teller line.
  • Frequent cleaning and disinfecting on teller stations, drive-thru canisters, and high-traffic areas throughout the day.
  • For proper identification purposes, we reserve the right to request that you briefly remove your face covering after entering. For security purposes hats, hoods, and sunglasses should be removed.
  • Appointments are still available at your convenience.

We understand if you prefer to avoid crowds and public spaces. FCB provides alternatives to in-person banking, always convenient, but even more so now.

  • Utilize the Drive-Thru Service to conduct your banking needs without having to get of your vehicle.
  • Our ATM has been upgraded to an ITM system that provides after hours interactive banking six days a week.
  • Our MYFCBOT app, provides a quick and convenient way to pay bills, deposit checks, manage your card and chat with a teller, right from your mobile device.
  • Customer Service reps can be reached at (361) 888-9310, Monday–Friday 8 a.m.–9 p.m.; Saturdays 9 a.m.–noon

FCB will continue to monitor conditions and may adjust branch hours and operations as deemed necessary to protect the health and well-being our customers and employees.
