Lobby centers transition to drive-thru services

As developments with COVID-19 continue to evolve, we are temporarily limiting face-to-face contact in our banking centers to select banking activities as recommend by CDC and local government.

With that in mind, effective Friday, March 20, 2020 at 5 p.m.:

  • Drive-Thru Service will be our primary means of operation with normal business hours
  • Face-to-Face appointments can be scheduled; call 361-888-9310

Keep in mind other banking services are available:

  • Our online and mobile banking platforms are up and running. Customers can use these services to perform all of the activities that are routinely available, including checking balances, transferring funds and paying bills.
  • Our ITM/ATM system is up and running. Customers can retrieve cash from their checking accounts by using their ATM and debit cards. We now offer new interactive teller machines (ITMs) at most locations, featuring upgraded technology and improved functionality over existing ATMs, including a touchscreen, two-way video option to speak with, in English or Spanish, an FCB teller during bank hours. The terminal also may be used as a traditional ATM 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  • All bank operations will continue to run as normal.

The safest place for your money is in the bank. It’s FDIC-insured and it’s convenient. First Community Bank’s federal regulator, Texas Department of Banking, regularly examines the bank to make sure we have detailed, tested disaster recovery procedures and business resumption plans.

Loan Payments can be made using our Interactive Teller Machine (ITM), Online or through our drive-thru service.
