The health and safety of our customers and employees is our utmost priority. To ensure a safe banking experience, we have implemented several protective measures at all our locations:

  • Sanitizing stations available throughout the lobby
  • Signage encouraging customers to practice social distancing
  • Sneeze guards have been installed at each teller line
  • Janitorial team has increased disinfecting areas most susceptible to the spread of viral germs, including our restrooms, door handles, countertops, and other areas the public commonly touches.

Customers are welcome to wear their protection mask when visiting our lobby centers, however you will be asked to briefly remove the mask to verify your identity before entering our building.

We understand if you prefer to avoid crowds and public spaces. FCB provides alternatives to in-person banking, always convenient, but even more so now.

  • Utilize the Drive-Thru Service to conduct your banking needs without having to get of your vehicle,
  • Our ATM has been upgraded to an ITM system that provides after hours interactive banking six days a week.
  • Our Mobile 1st app, provides a quick and convenient way to pay bills, deposit checks and chat with a teller, right from your mobile device.
